What This Site Is
This is the website of Eau Claire Concrete, a concrete contractor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It gives general information about concrete work and the local rules that affect it. Nothing on it is a quote, a contract or legal advice. A page can tell you what a rule says and who wrote it. It cannot tell you how that rule applies to your lot, and it cannot price your job.
We work to keep the pages accurate, and we do not promise that every page is complete or current.
Code and Permit Information
Pages on this site describe rules from the City of Eau Claire, Eau Claire County, the State of Wisconsin and other public offices, and each names the office or document the rule comes from. Those rules change. As of October 2026, the City of Eau Claire’s zoning and subdivision rules sit in a Land Development Ordinance that took effect on October 1, 2025 and was amended four times in 2026. As of the same month, the City’s posted copies of its other code titles were codified only through August 1, 2024.
Before you rely on a rule described here for a permit application, a purchase or a dispute, confirm it with the office named on the page. What that office tells you is what counts.
Price Ranges on This Site
The price ranges printed on this site are typical ranges for the kind of work described. None is a quote or an offer to do work at that figure. The price of a job comes from a written estimate.
Estimates and Contracts
Sending the estimate form asks us to call you. It does not order any work. An estimate from Eau Claire Concrete states a price for the work it describes, and it binds neither you nor us until its terms are carried into a written contract that both sides have signed.
Wisconsin’s home improvement rule, ATCP 110, covers building or replacing driveways, sidewalks, terraces and patios on residential or non-commercial property. New home construction and commercial property are outside it. Where it applies, the rule requires a written contract, signed by all parties, whenever the buyer pays anything before the work is complete, and the buyer gets a copy before work starts or any payment is taken.
Google Maps and Google Reviews
This site shows a Google map of the Eau Claire Concrete profile. The map is Google Maps content, and use of it is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The reviews on this site come from the same Google profile and are the opinions of the people who wrote them. The rule for which reviews are shown, and in what order, is printed under each set of reviews, and the full list is on Google.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. This version is dated October 6, 2026.
